Senior Software Engineer

Senior Software Engineer at CNH Industrial America LLC in Sioux Falls, SD will evaluate the current state of driver support for peripheral & IC selection on custom hardware. Telecommuting permitted 2 days per week. Reqs a Master's deg in Comp Sci, Comp Engg, Electrical Engg or a related field & 3 yrs of exp as a software engineer or related occupation. In lieu of a Master's deg & 3 yrs of exp, employer will accept a Bachelor's deg in Comp Sci, Comp Engg, Electrical Engg or a related field & 5 yrs of exp as a software engineer or related occupation. Must have 2 yrs of exp with each of the following: (1) troubleshooting & diagnosing embedded systems hardware & software using Oscilloscope or Logic Analyzer; (2) dsgng & dvlpg software & firmware of embedded systems; (3) dsgng hardware-in-loop or QEMU-virtualized test setup for testing BSP & software components using Bash & Python scripting; (4) manufacturing process & build flow; (5) C/C++ & Rust for managing features; & (6) dvlpg & debugging kernel device drivers for custom dsgn hardware.
