Description
Oversees all logistical aspects of specified training programs. Provides customer service to various internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:

The Learning Assistant will be responsible for facilitating training, creating training, maintaining existing and new training curriculums, assisting in facilitating team meetings, and coaching agents. This includes identifying skill gaps by call listening, providing quality coaching, analyzing trends and working with leadership to develop and implement action plans for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate would also be responsible for facilitating up-training to address gaps identified through call listening and leadership input, and completing a set number of call monitors per agent per month. The candidate should have an excitement for capturing customer insights to drive change in business strategy and improve customer experience.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
-High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
-6 months experience in a Call Center environment
-6 months experience in training and/or coaching

Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in Education or Business
- Training 101 certification, ASTD or equivalent training certification
- 1 year of experience in Customer Service (sales, call center).
- 1 year of experience in coordinating training events (vendors) and logistics.
- Ability to learn to effectively coach and seek out gaps
- Be self-motivated and have passion for defining an unmatched customer experience
- Flexibility in all areas due to a fast paced work environment
- Ability to consistently lead others through strong personal work ethic and commitment
- Multi-faceted understanding of products and policies
- Willing to challenge the status quo while doing so diplomatically
- Strong problem-solving skills
