Description
Responsibilities
Coach and develop associates to improve productivity, efficiency and effectiveness
Communicate with managers and associates to drive customer experience based on observations
Monitor and score associate calls
Drive morale improvements
Assist with daily call center operations and floor coverage
Supervisor will have the opportunity to learn:
Learn basic call center management
Gain leadership experience in driving results and building a team
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
1 year of experience in customer service.
High School, Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
1 year experience in a supervisory position
Preferred Qualifications:
Highly motivated and self directed
Detail oriented with focus on documentation
Detailed knowledge of policy and procedure
Call monitoring experience
Call coaching experience
Schedule flexibility
Ability to operate efficiently in an ambiguous and continuously changing environment
Ability to build strong effective working relationships
Effective time management skills
Effective organizational skills
Professional and positive attitude
