Qualifications
1) Technical associates degree.
2) Experience with mechanical design and detailing.
3) A high degree of mechanical aptitude, along with a hands on approach.
4) Strong communication, initiative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Desirable Qualifications
1) Previous 3D modeling experience. Pro/Engineer experience is highly desired.
2) Working knowledge of GD&T and print reading.
3) Working knowledge of manufacturing and/or machining processes.
Responsibilities
This position will be responsible for the design and maintenance of 3D models and drawings related to diesel engines and construction equipment. This includes the update of drawing notices and change information into the internal engineering data system. The individual must demonstrate strong communication skills and a sense of urgency when dealing with internal customers.
